How to Achieve the New Year's Award

To earn this reward, Apple Watch owners need to complete their stand, exercise, and move goals for seven days in a row at any point during January. The challenge will be available for viewing starting December 28, with the active completion window running from January 7 to January 31.

Rewards and Celebrations

Like other Apple Activity Challenges, the New Year event comes with a virtual badge visible in the Fitness app. Additionally, users will receive a series of animated stickers featuring elements of the challenge, which can be used in the Messages app to celebrate their achievement.
