Apple Celebrates Holiday Donations by Raising $3 Million for The Global Fund

December 30, 2025

This holiday season, Apple contributed to global health initiatives by donating $5 to The Global Fund for every purchase made with Apple Pay on Apple.com, the Apple Store app, and at Apple retail stores in the U.S. and internationally.

The initiative successfully raised a total of $3 million for The Global Fund, an organization committed to combating HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, and malaria in developing countries. Apple capped the donations at this amount, meaning the maximum funding goal was reached through customer purchases during the promotional period from November 28 to December 7, supporting critical health programs that save lives.

Apple has a long-standing partnership with The Global Fund, having raised over $250 million over the past 19 years through various promotions and the sale of (PRODUCT)RED devices. Although Apple has not offered (PRODUCT)RED iPhones or accessories since the launch of the 2022 iPhone 14 models, it continues to raise awareness and funds each December in observance of World AIDS Day.
