Galaxy S26 Ultra to Feature Redesigned Camera Bump
December 31, 2025
New images and videos have surfaced, confirming previous leaks about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. The latest leaks suggest that the device will feature a distinctive new camera bump design.

OnLeaks shared photos of dummy units on X, following initial render leaks from September. These images show a noticeable protruding camera module, reminiscent of the raised island seen on the Galaxy Z Fold 7. This design choice could potentially cause wobbling when the phone is placed on flat surfaces, a concern noted by 9to5Google.
In addition to the Ultra model, more renders leaked in November hint at a similar raised camera island on the Galaxy S26 Plus. There is speculation that the Plus model might replace the thinner Edge variant in Samsung’s lineup. The Galaxy S26 series is anticipated to be announced in February 2025.
Stay tuned for more updates on the Galaxy S26 series as the launch approaches.
