MSI Announces Revamped Prestige Business Laptops for CES 2026

MSI is unveiling its new line of Prestige business laptops at CES 2026, featuring sleeker designs, upgraded displays, versatile 2-in-1 options, larger trackpads, and the latest Intel Panther Lake chips. This refreshed lineup aims to blend portability, power, and advanced features for professionals on the go.

Key Models: Prestige 14 AI Plus and Prestige 16 AI Plus

The flagship offerings are the Prestige 14 AI Plus and Prestige 16 AI Plus, both available in traditional clamshell configurations. Alongside these, MSI introduces the Prestige Flip series—2-in-1 convertible laptops catering to modern work and entertainment needs.

Display and Build Features

  • All models include a standard 1920 x 1200 OLED display.
  • The 16-inch versions can be configured with a high-resolution 2880 x 1800 OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
  • The Prestige Flip variants come with an MSI Nano Pen stylus stored in a charging slot underneath the device.
  • The stylus features a tiny battery, providing about an hour of use per charge; a 15-second charge delivers approximately 45 minutes of usage.
  • Notably, the stylus also includes a mic, but it's limited to voice interactions with MSI’s Copilot.

Antonio G. Di Benedetto, a seasoned tech reviewer, got a sneak peek at these laptops and expressed positive impressions, especially noting the designs and display upgrades.

Pricing and Availability

  • The Prestige 14 Flip is set to start at $1,299, with preorders beginning January 6th, and will launch in late January.
  • The standard Prestige 14, unfortunately, will not be available in the U.S.
  • The Prestige 16 models are expected to arrive in March; the base model starts at $1,399, whereas the Flip version begins at $1,549.
  • The lightweight Prestige 13, weighing just 1.98 pounds (around 889 grams), features a modern MSI logo but retains a last-generation design.
  • It offers a high-resolution 2880 x 1800 OLED display and Intel Panther Lake options, though pricing and availability are yet to be finalized.
