Narwal Flow 2 Robovac: Enhanced Features for Smarter Cleaning

Narwal has announced the successor to its original Flow robotic vacuum, the Narwal Flow 2, which introduces an array of innovative features along with a refreshed design. This latest model is equipped with a new cleaning mode that utilizes floor scanning to identify and avoid valuables such as jewelry, phones, keys, and wallets during cleaning.
Advanced Object Detection and Handling
Using dual RGB cameras with a 136-degree field of view and an AI system, the Flow 2 can recognize and monitor objects on the floor. When it detects a valuable item, it maintains a safe distance of at least 5cm to avoid vacuuming it up. Additionally, it sends a notification to the Narwal app, including a photo of the object and its location mapped within your home. While it can recognize and track multiple objects, it cannot be directed to find a specific item on command.
Pet and Child-Friendly Cleaning Modes
The Flow 2 introduces specialized cleaning modes tailored for homes with children and pets. It can detect misplaced toys and provide reminders, avoid crawling mats, and approach a baby's crib quietly. It can also locate your pet through its detection system and focus on high-traffic pet areas for deep cleaning, making it a versatile choice for busy households.
Powerful Performance and Upgraded Accessories
Apart from smart features, the Flow 2 offers impressive cleaning power with up to 30,000Pa of suction, a notable increase from its predecessor's 22,000Pa. Its water mopping function heats water up to 158°F, ensuring thorough cleaning.
The vacuum supports two types of docking stations: one with only a water tank, and another equipped with automatic refill and drainage. Both stations now include a reusable dust bag, along with washable and disposable debris filters for more sustainable maintenance.
Release Date and Pricing
The Narwal Flow 2 is scheduled to launch in April 2026, but pricing details have not yet been announced.
